“I’m so blessed to cook this kind of food,” Chef Julio also adds. “In Mexico, we have 32 different states that I can choose from: Chiapas, to Veracruz, to Sonora where I’m from. It’s a nice variety of everything. I can put together a menu using the whole 32 states and grab a combination of everything, which is really cool.”
